2004-2005

STADE explores the imprints and stigmata of a vessel that appears, at first, to be abandoned. It is about memories, carried by a graphic text that is at once dark and luminous. Gradually, while looking at the almost abstract images, we can allow ourselves to imagine, with feeling, the intensity of a place that still throbs with life.
Time leaves its mark; old stories continue to resonate and new ones are yet to play.

STADE donne à voir les empreintes et les stigmates d’un vaisseau qu’on croirait délaissé. Il est question de mémoires portées par une écriture graphique à la fois sombre et lumineuse. Au fil des images presque abstraites, on se plait à imaginer avec émotion l’intensité de ce lieu toujours en vie…
Le temps fait son oeuvre, toutes les histoires successives résonnent et de nouvelles s’y jouent encore.
